Strategies to create the life you desire through energetic embodiment
Reconnect to the healing and manifesting powers of pleasure
Weekly ‘homework’ with the intention of integrating and bringing these tools into your daily practice
Meditation drop ins
Sensual Eating
Sensual YIN yoga, open your heart and sex, surrendering and softening into the pleasure of reconnecting to your feminine flow.

Sensuality & Feminine Embodiment Facilitator

Julia is passionate about facilitating individuals in coming home to themselves. Julia bridges feminine spiritual practice, sacred sexuality, somatic awareness techniques, healing, ritual and psychology through her unique approach to working with women.

Julia has studied and practiced with Tantric philosophies, embodiment principles and other holistic ways of regulating the nervous system allowing her to alchemise her gift of facilitation into a deeper spiritual practice.

Julia facilitates individuals who are living in disconnection and feel numb or anxious, deepen connection to their hearts and sex, magnetise and radiate confidence so that they can create a life grounded in pleasure and love.
