Chair Yoga
Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that is practiced sitting on a chair, or standing using the chair for support. Often the poses, or Asanas, are an adaptions of Hatha yoga poses.

Vinyasa Flow
The movement is aligned and linked with the breath so you move with each inhale and exhale. Vinyasa style classes, are a dynamic flow from posture to posture. Vinyasa is also called “flow” because of the smooth way the poses run together, it is popular contemporary styles of yoga.

Kundalini Yoga
Welcome to Kundalini yoga. This term we will connect and surrender to the flowing force to experience oneness within our own body. We will align our flow and take time to be present to the gifts of the aliveness, vitality and movement.

Yin Yoga
A yin yoga class consists of slower-paced floor poses that mainly work the hips, pelvis, inner thighs & lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for two to five minutes. Ideal for beginners or someone wishing deepen their practice.

Yin / Yang
YIN/YANG is a combination of vinyasa flow and YIN yoga. We enjoy a longer warm up then move into a sequence of postures linking with the breath. Taking some time to hold some postures a bit longer to obtain the full benefit of a deeper stretch.
